Programme & Event Registration

Unless otherwise stated on the registration page:

• Registration fees are non-refundable.

Tickets or registrations may be transferred to another participant upon written approval from Yayasan Ta’lim before the registration closing date.

Cancellation by Yayasan Ta’lim

If Yayasan Ta’lim cancels a programme or event, participants will be offered either:

• A full refund; or
• Transfer of registration to another programme or event where applicable.

Participant Cancellation

Refund requests due to personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, or inability to attend are generally not eligible unless approved under exceptional circumstances at Yayasan Ta’lim’s discretion.

Online Courses & Digital Products

Payments for digital products, recordings, downloadable materials, or online course access are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Donation Policy

All donations (Infaq, Sadaqah, Wakaf, or other charitable contributions) are considered voluntary and are non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate transactions or payment errors verified by Yayasan Ta’lim.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed within 14 to 30 working days, depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
